Ingredients

50 ml Olmeca Dark Chocolate Tequila
Cola (to top-up)
1 big scoop of vanilla ice cream
Ice cubes
Garnish: cocoa nibs or chocolate shavings

How to make it?

Build everything directly in a highball glass
Add ice, and Olmeca Dark Chocolate Tequila
Top with cola
Crown with vanilla ice cream.
Sprinkle cocoa nibs
